About Ailidh MacLeod

I am a confident leader with expertise in making change for people who fall within Inclusion Health and Equality groups, including substantial experience working on structural drivers. I am currently leading programmes of work around Human Rights legislation in Scotland, and reducing racialised health inequalities and dismantling of racism and discrimination across the system. I also have considerable experience working in mental health improvement and disability equality, particularly around inclusive employment and fair work. I have experience in the public and third sector, and currently work with Public Health Scotland. I have particular strengths in:> Relationship building in complex and challenging situations > Initiating collaborative working and building partnerships in the public and third sector > Creative thinking and problem solving > Project development > Leadership and people management > Programme management I am passionate about power, social justice and societal change to dismantle racism, sexism and ableism.
