Background

About Aiman Gul

With an academic foundation in Agriculture (Gold Medalist, MSc), I bring field-tested expertise in managing agricultural development projects, facilitating community-based research, and translating findings into sustainable policy and practice. From cost-revenue estimation to value chain development, my experience spans all key stages of the agricultural project lifecycle. I have worked with reputed institutions like the University of Agriculture Peshawar and ACIAR, leading initiatives that aimed to improve productivity, enhance rural livelihoods, and promote sustainable farming in under-resourced regions of Pakistan. My technical strengths lie in designing surveys, collecting field data, and applying statistical tools such as SPSS and Stata to generate actionable insights. I'm also experienced in training delivery, workshop facilitation, and multilingual communication across English, Urdu, and Pashto. Whether collaborating with stakeholders or publishing research, I strive to bridge the gap between agricultural innovation and real-world implementation. I’m attracted to expand my impact through roles focused on agri-development, data-driven policy, or international agricultural research programs. Feel free to connect with me and discuss how can I make valuable contributions to your organisation.
