About Aimee Stephens

What is the most important thing in the world? it is people, it is people, it is people" I love connecting with people, building meaningful relationships and have a passion for helping others. My passion for people started with my 8 year career in Early Childhood Education where I have worked in both New Zealand and Australian contexts. Working with children, whanau and communities over the last 8 years, has provided me with a sound understanding of the importance of building responsive, reciprocal relationships with individuals and groups. During my studies at Victoria University of Wellington and throughout my career, I have also developed my knowledge of bicultural and multicultural practice and what this looks like in day to day settings. In April 2021, I switched career directions, and began a new role with INSIDE Recruitment. Starting as a Senior Support Co-Ordinator and recently being promoted to Associate-Candidate. I work with the wonderful Business Transformation team: Stephanie McCabe, Matthew Nauschutz and Chloe Nauschutz. We primarily focus on contract roles in the following key areas: Programme Director, Programme Manager, Change Manager, Business Analyst, Project Manager, Programme / Project Coordinator, Project Analyst, PMO / EPMO Manager, Transformation Manager / Director, Service Design. I enjoy engaging with people whilst supporting their successes and aligning our contractors with work that matters. I strongly believe that the ability to listen is a key part of my role, and understand a persons core values are important as is understanding peoples motivations and drivers. INSIDE Recruitment is focused on the delivery of outstanding results for both our clients and candidates.
