About Aisling Maher

Aisling is a Partner in the Medical Negligence Department in Cantillons Solicitors. Aisling has specialised in personal injury litigation for several years since initially joining Cantillons in 2015. Aisling did part of her training in Cantillons' General Litigation Department and was involved in a wide variety of cases including personal injury claims, road traffic accidents, accidents at work, contract disputes, employment disputes, claims against local authorities and claims against the HSE. Prior to and subsequent to qualification, Aisling has exclusively specialized in Plaintiff Clinical Negligence Litigation. To date, she has worked on and successfully concluded numerous high-value, complex medical negligence claims involving, birth injuries, cancer misdiagnoses, cervical cancer cases, surgical errors prescription errors, and fatal claims, to name a few. She has significant expertise in working with various liability and causation experts (both national and international) in both investigating, preparing and successfully concluding her clients' claims. Aisling is hugely committed to achieving the very best outcome for her clients, in an empathetic manner and this commitment drives her day to day work ethic.
