I’m a technology leader with 15+ years of experience at the intersection of AI, Data Science, and enterprise product innovation. My work focuses on translating advanced analytics into measurable business impact — improving efficiency, compliance, and decision-making across complex global organizations.At Trust Your Supplier, I lead AI & Analytics strategy across product, marketing, and sales, integrating Large Language Models (LLMs) and Knowledge Graphs (Neo4j) to build explainable, responsible AI solutions. These systems accelerate supplier onboarding, uncover hidden risks, and enable conversational analytics — while analytics programs track marketing and sales performance to ensure alignment with business priorities and measurable P&L impact.I’ve strengthened my technical grounding in AI, ML, and Data Science through Ray AI and the Postgraduate Program in AI & ML: Business Applications at UT Austin – McCombs School of Business. A solid technical foundation, in my view, is essential to effectively lead AI strategy and translate it into enterprise results.Previously at Dell Technologies, I led a 50+-member global product and engineering organization defining infrastructure-automation and AI/ML strategy that delivered $210 M in revenue potential and measurable ROI. Earlier at Verizon, I directed multi-year modernization programs driving $125 M+ in cost savings through process automation and predictive modeling — evolving from classical ML to deep-learning approaches for predictive maintenance and network optimization.My approach blends executive-level vision with hands-on technical depth — spanning LLMs, RAG pipelines (Pinecone), NLP (Hugging Face, LangChain), MLOps (MLflow, GitHub Actions), Model Monitoring, Data Engineering / ETL, and Cloud Platforms (AWS, Databricks).
