Working as Group Lead handling a talented team of 18 members, comprising of Programmers, Validation, CDM and Admin support functions.* Medidata Certified Rave Programmer having 10+ years experience in Medidata Rave EDC platform.Have a deep understanding of the clinical data management industry and high level of technical ability.* Team Management, Project Management, Accountability of KPI metrics, Performance management, Recruitment and Retention Strategies.* Work on CSV activities, Change Management, Monitor any new features/release being added to medidata rave, assess the impact and assist in execution & validation of periodic release.* Have been involved in multiple activities right from Protocol interpretation, eCRF build, Edit Check and Custom Functions programming, Integration, Lab and tSDV setup, Rave Safety Gateway, ePRO/eCOA integrations, Site Cloud and Migrations on several phase I-IV trials.* Work as an SME on several modules in Rave and involved in providing quality solutions to the stakeholders.* Involved in Process development initiatives which has resulted in standardized practices and significant cost-reduction in terms of time and resourcing.* Have imparted classroom training's and developed training plans on various modules in Medidata Rave.
