About Al Rainaldi

Al has over 40 years of entrepreneurial experience, 25 of which is in the talent management and assessment industry. Rainaldi is both a sought after keynote speaker and trainer. Over the course of his career, he has trained thousands in sales techniques, marketing, leadership, life goals and business planning. He has developed, authored and presented numerous proprietary programs each developed for publication, presentation and training. Rainaldi has accomplished certification as a Miller Heiman trainer in both “Conceptual Selling” and “Strategic Selling” as well as accreditation by the SMEI Accreditation Board of Trustees as a Certified Marketing Executive (CME). He also has completed training in Socratic Selling. In his earlier career, Rainaldi operated a management consulting and training business in Pittsburgh, PA, helping more than 150 clients maximize the productivity of their employees. His clients included firms such as Alcoa, USX and Westinghouse. He also conducted training for a nationwide organization of health care administrators. Mr. Rainaldi attended the University of Pittsburgh and the University of Southern California at Fullerton. He is also a United States Air Force veteran. For 18 years prior to being a management consultant, Rainaldi owned and operated National Coal and Construction, Inc. a business he founded and built to 600. His business achievements were featured in Success Magazine in 1991.
