About Alan Coleman

I'm an experienced IT professional who has spent his entire career in service oriented organizations. My diverse technical skill set ranges from managing and maintaining a Windows Server/Active Directory environments; server and network management including backup, anti-virus, and security systems; developing and maintaining processes, documentation, inventory and disaster recovery procedures; database management and reporting; audio/visual equipment; and much more. My greatest technical skill is my ability to quickly learn and become proficient in new technologies as needs grow and change. In additional to my technical skills, I have years of experience in strategic planning, project management, policy development, analyzing business requirements to design and create technical solutions, and vendor management. I have lead and supervised teams of all sizes and have honed excellent communication skills especially when it comes to interacting with customers, stakeholders and executive leadership.
