DESIGN MANAGEMENT: Undertake full design management and manage design team in the development of design solutions to meet Client’s expectation and budget. Responsible for the day to day design management tasks. Develop Design brief meeting client’s requirements. Manage the procurement and selection process and present to the Client the short listed design consultants suited for the specific project. Develop Design consultant Scope of Services tailored to a specific project. Obtain necessary information related to Site surveys to be provided to the selected design consultants for proper development of the design. Records and tract the design development process throughout the design stages. Manage and deliver the overall technical review of the design, making sure that it complies with local and international standards and codes. CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT; Manage a group of architects and technical staff to assure quality and on time delivery of shop drawings, assure work details are meeting the technical, commercial and financial requirement of the project, assure work activity at site conforms with the approved procedure and details stipulated in the project specifications, material literature and shop drawings.
