Transformed Imperial Brands’ Corporate Affairs (CA) function into a lean, agile, and effective team - positioning it to thrive while reducing headcount and budget DRIVING COMMERCIAL VALUE AND BUY-IN Increasing the PA financial contribution to a business by 10%+ per annum. This has been done by prioritising, monetising and bringing all internal CA stakeholders into one Community where they deliver together. BROAD INTERNATIONAL EXPERIENCE: I am a doctoral graduate with global government relations experience that encompasses teaching and consulting worldwide - as well as publishing extensively on lobbying, transforming and modernizing Public Affairs. I have an understanding of, and networks in, some 50-60 countries throughout Europe, Africa, Asia, and the Americas. I have authored 15 publications, won several prestigious performance awards, and currently serve as a visiting professor at 3 universities worldwide. As a trusted thought leader I have delivered speeches, seminars and workshops across 5 continents in two languages.
