About Alan Klay

I am a visually-creative problem-solver. I make emotional connections through design to help companies and organizations sell more products and get their message out. After receiving a Bachelor’s degree in Visual Communication Design from Brigham Young University, I have gone on to design and art direct for several design firms, Fortune 500 companies, academic institutions, and international organizations. • As an art director at Hewlett-Packard, I set new standards for forward-thinking package design. My designs were so successful that, as a result, I was asked by HP Corporate to act as a consultant on all worldwide HP retail packaging. • While at Neways, I rebranded two product lines and launched a third new line in less than a year and a half. My design for Neways’ Hawaiian Noni became a model for later product designs and is still in use today. • As the design manager at Randall International, I managed a talented team of designers and production artists to create hundreds of elegant and successful products for Randall’s high-end hotel and spa clients. With more than 20 years of experience in logo design, retail branding, packaging, print, and now web and social media design, I am ready to bring my client-focused solutions to solve your design problems.
