About Aldi Winata

Although my educational background is accounting, for 8 out of almost 12 years I have been working in my current company, I have invested a lot of time in human resources. I found a passion that makes me more able to enjoy all the processes of positive change from myself to work. As an organizational development & culture management specialist, I have done many projects and experiences, including: business process development, Employee Value Proposition, change management project, job analysis & evaluation, organization design, culture implementation, knowledge management, workforce planning and competency matrix. There are some experiences that are quite memorable for me, including: 1. Building a digital workforce planning system and accuracy of needs analysis. Creating organizational effectiveness tools and conducting assessments at several project sites. Involved in project change management on large-scale projects, for example: BigData implementation, Development of ERP (SAP, HR area), OPA & Ewacs Pro Project of PT Pamapersada Nusantara. Joined the HR audit team of PT Astra International tbk, the OD pillar strategy committee team of PT United Tractor tbk. Building a culture management program within the scope of the HR Division, I named it Fun Learning Community which aims to change behavior to be more productive and engaged. There are many other interesting experiences, certifications and projects. Career is the reason why i invest so much in time, energy and thought. it never fails to challenge me and create the sense of "what next"
