I'm a corporate communications specialist with a passion for supporting purpose-driven brands. Powered by matcha lattes and 5+ years of experience in internal communications and copywriting, I help organizations write powerful stories, communicate with empathy, and connect meaningfully with their people. I'm currently the Communications Specialist for one of Canada's largest insurance brokers. I support the development and execution of internal communications strategies that inform, inspire, and activate our employees. I help lend a voice to both leaders and employees, deepening their connection to each other. My career has taken me through both frontline and back-of-house roles. After experiencing the disconnect that often occurs between those departments, I've developed a drive to help companies strengthen internal connections and nurture a thriving employee culture.
