About Alessandro Mulas

Managing and board director with specialization in corporate finance and organization-strategy, in financial institutions (public and private) and with a broad overview of other sectors, thanks to many years as investor and advisor. Professor of corporate finance in the University of Trieste and Ca’Foscari of Venice (teaching given both in Italian and English). After graduation in engineering in Trieste and MBA in SDA Bocconi in Milano, he started his career in Italy and in the UK as financial analyst, followed by senior banker, head of Equity Capital Market, head of Investments, COO and Portfolio & Risk manager in some of the main Italian banks and State-run financial institutions (i.e. Unicredit, Intesa, MPS, Friulia, CDP Group). He worked also as manager together with industrial entrepreneur to:(i) revamp strategy-organization-procedures in the transition from a family-shop style to an updated managerial organization,(ii) restructure financial debt. Commitment & flexibility, hard-working, fairness & honesty, focus on results and team-working are some of his strengths, along with experience in teaching in sports and in Universities.
