About Alex Armour

As an entrepreneur with over 28 years’ experience, I think about life through systems. North Star: business acquisitions + engineering/implementing enterprise systems, solutions and infrastructure that scale those acquisitions to provide sustainable capacity that maximizes the value of portfolio companies. Inspired by the theory of Contextual Ambidexterity, in my book, S.O.L.V.E.S: How the Balanced Company Solves Unseen Market Challenges for Radical Success, I outline the six-step process that can be used by current and aspiring entrepreneurs to spot new market offerings and balance exploration with the need to exploit current opportunities. In essence, I am uncovering the (S)tories that reveal (O)pportunities that force your identification of the internal/external (L)everage necessary to create (V)ehicles which (E)xplore markets leading to sustainable (S)cale - SOLVES! As a Founding Board Director focused on the investment/acquisition, operation and scale of companies at the intersection of health, wellness and technology, I am excited to be applying these principles to improve quality of life.
