About Alex Batsas

Mottos I live by:"I'm realistic, I expect miracles.""If you fail to plan, you plan to fail." Having pursued the only bachelor's degree in Greece specializing in Human Resources by then, it is evident that Human Resource Management has been a field of deep interest for me, even from my high school years. I firmly believe that the effective management of human capital is what gives a successful company its most significant competitive edge. This passion naturally aligns with the HR consulting industry, which I have been part of for the past eight years, as well as with areas such as Coaching, where I have been involved both theoretically & in practice lately. These fields seamlessly blend my academic background with my long-term professional aspirations, offering the perfect balance between my interests & goals.
