About Alex Blecker

Alex Blecker is the Washington Associate at UN Watch, an accredited non-governmental organization that actively participates at the United Nations to promote human rights and combat antisemitism on the world stage. In 2024, he earned his M.A. in Security and Diplomacy at Tel Aviv University. In 2023, he graduated first in his class from Oglethorpe University, double majoring in Economics and Politics. While covering elections, antisemitism, and domestic policy, Alex has garnered bylines in Newsweek, the Wall Street Journal, The Hill, the Washington Times, Washington Examiner, and more. In 2022, Alex self-published "Hayden Has a Cholesteatoma", an illustrated children’s book based on the real-life experience of a young boy learning to cope with a rare ear disease.
