About Alex Dumas

Let’s talk: https://calendly.com/speakeralexdumas/connect That question is at the heart of my chapter, Everybody Wins, Including Me, featured in the international bestselling book A Journey of Riches: The Power of Self-Discovery. If you’re a leader ready to create a stronger, more connected team culture, let’s connect. Over the last 20+ years, I’ve led in nonprofit management, customer service, disaster recovery, and sales. The pressure was all too familiar to have all the answers, and the fear of looking weak by asking for help. I also know what changes when you stop proving yourself and start growing. In 2018, I began coaching leaders to take ownership of their communication and confidence. Since then, hundreds of professionals have worked with me to eliminate bottlenecks, shift mindsets, and build collaborative, high-trust teams. That’s the heartbeat of my keynote, Speak Up, Stand Out—a transformative experience for leaders who want to lead with purpose and bold influence. This interactive journey empowers you to harness the power of your personal story, break through internal barriers, and build deeper, intentional connections. You won’t just learn—you’ll do. Through guided reflection and peer engagement, you’ll walk away with renewed confidence, practical strategies, and a powerful community that supports your leadership well beyond the session: Eliminating communication roadblocks Building psychological safety and trust Enrolling top talent into a bold, inclusive vision Audiences describe my work as “meaningful, actionable, and inspiring.” If you're ready to stop leading alone and start leading with confidence, let's connect.
