About Alex May

My passion lies in developing people and fostering leadership, particularly within the context of ministry. In 2018, I earned a B.A. in Sports Ministry from Moody Bible Institute, where I honed my skills in curriculum development and Sport management through a Biblical lens. Throughout my studies, I discovered a knack for coaching, discipleship, teaching, training, and consulting. To further my ministry experience, I embarked on a leadership residency and began pursuing an M.A. in Ministry Leadership from UNWSP in 2021. The programs allowed me to explore event planning, discipleship, strategic planning, spiritual formation, and working with young adults, deepening my passion for leadership development. I am a lifelong learner, always striving to develop personally and professionally, and seeking feedback to grow in my areas of strength and weakness. I am a team player with a self-starter mentality, and I enjoy streamlining processes and creating clear, visually appealing documents. Most importantly, I love coaching, teaching, and guiding others in developing their own leadership skills and culture. My friends often refer to me as a "Jill of all Trades," and I am always seeking opportunities that challenge and inspire me to utilize my diverse skill set.
