About Alexa Slabaugh

I graduated from the University of Maryland, College Park in May 2024 receiving a BA in Psychology with a General Business Certificate. I earned consistent placement on the Dean's List from 2020-2024, maintaining a 3.9/4.0 GPA. I was an active member of Delta Phi Epsilon, a Greek Organization, where I took on a leadership role focused on new member recruitment and educational development. I was also a part of the University of Maryland Club Field Hockey Team, contributing to the team's roster from 2020 to 2023. I held a position as a Marketing Intern at Alliance Marketing Partners where I was able to develop my email outreach and cold calling skills, and recently concluded an internship as an Undergraduate Research Assistant for the Department of Psychology at the University of Maryland, examining team dynamics and leadership influence. I recently concluded a position at Nordstrom as a Sales Associate, sharpening my selling skills and customer relationship management abilities. I am currently an Associate District Manager at ADP in their Brooklyn office, where I have been able to launch my B2B Sales career.
