About Alexandra Crossan

I am a dedicated Educational Psychologist in Training with experience working within a consultation model of service delivery. Through this, I’ve developed strong consultation skills that I apply effectively when assessing the additional support needs of children and young people and collaboratively planning tailored, meaningful interventions. I’m passionate about solution-oriented approaches and trauma-informed practice, and I bring these values into every aspect of my work. I aim to promote inclusion, wellbeing, and positive outcomes by working alongside educators, families, and other professionals to understand and respond to learners’ needs holistically. I am currently seeking opportunities either in the North East of Scotland or with remote working options, where I can continue to grow as a practitioner, contribute to inclusive practice, and support positive change for children and young people.
