About Alexandra Feldman

Alexandra Feldman is an experienced construction lawyer with extensive front and back end expertise. Alexandra has had over 10 years’ experience as a lawyer in Australia and has also obtained a Masters in Applied Finance. Alexandra commenced her career in the Takeovers Group at Herbert Smith Freehills, where she worked on both public and private mergers and acquisitions, specialising in mergers in the energy sector. In 2007 Alexandra worked on the takeover of Alinta Energy by a Singapore Power led consortium and the restructure of Alinta Energy into Jemena. In 2010 Alexandra commenced working as a Senior Lawyer at Jemena’s construction and infrastructure services business ‘Zinfra’. During her time at Zinfra Alexandra worked on various construction infrastructure projects including the renegotiation of the Multinet and United Energy Operating Service Agreements, the Yarra Trams Power Upgrade, the construction of the Wheatstone Project in Western Australia and various pipeline projects for Jemena Gas Network. In 2015 Alexandra commenced her role as Regional Counsel for Multiplex, a large international infrastructure and construction company. Since her time at Multiplex Alexandra has negotiated various large scale construction projects.
