About Alexandra Simon

Combining an M.A. in Industrial and Organizational Psychology with four years of experience in team management, talent development, and proven conflict resolution skills I bring so much to the table! Professionally and personally I strive to create fulfillment and success for myself and others through an impeccable work ethic, integrity, leadership style, and my ambition. I believe in clear and effective communication and doing your best in everything! I am passionate about leading organizations to high levels of efficiency and success by means of a three level approach: individual, group, and organizational. Proper recruitment, training, and providing overall representation on the individual level, is step one to giving an organization that competitive edge. Organizational culture, change management, and ability to mediate workplace conflicts are other skills I bring to the group level in order to enhance efficiency of teams and their performance as a whole. These abilities, in addition to my knowledge of data analysis, surveys and reviews, coaching and mentoring, and so much more give the organization what it needs to stand out. In my free time you can find me volunteering with the Junior League and enjoying time with my family at kid’s baseball games, cooking, and at home movie nights!
