About Eric Bradley

Through many different years of experience in the service industry, I have honed in on great interpersonal skills that have allowed me to communicate with not only guests in a restaurant, but with people as a whole. In every concept that I have worked at, whether it be sports bars to upscale casual, I have continued to grow my knowledge and expertise in the service industry. That knowledge includes extensive beer and cocktail knowledge. At each concept, I have been chosen to be part of the training team to ensure that new candidates are trained up to company standards. Apart from my extensive bartending and interpersonal skills, I am also bilingual with pedagogical knowledge as it pertains to language learning. While attaining my undergraduate degree, I accrued the necessary skills to be efficient in translating from Spanish to English in written form and to communicate effectively with native Spanish speaking individuals. From my experiences in the classroom and on the job, I am hard-working, team orientated, and extremely personable with many other great characteristics that would make me a great addition to any team in a variety of fields.
