In addition to her leadership role at the Lyon Foundation, Alexandra serves as a board member for the Boys & Girls Club of Chicago and the AMITA Health Foundation, providing high-impact solutions to the community’s most pressing healthcare needs. In 2017, she was recognized as “Woman of the Year” by the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, and continues to support the organization through the Lyon Foundation’s philanthropic work and annual Hoosier Ball.
