About Alexandre Lemaire

Business performance arrives when people get to shine. I want to bring that into everything that I do. We can achieve so much more with a clear purpose and empowering our team! Having traveled in many different countries and lived various cultural experiences through special projects and leisure travels, I have seen first-hand the importance of broad-mindedness and accepting diversity. My experience at NMUN (National Model United Nations), my volunteering at Mirror's Foundation in Thailand, and my involvement in Next Gen's worldwide community of young entrepreneurs have exposed me to many cultures and various team dynamics. My entrepreneurial mindset led me to seek new learnings constantly. Speaking of which, I'm currently pursuing an M.Sc in Marketing Management at ESADE in Barcelona. I've also extended my learnings outside of regular academia by attending an entrepreneur boot camp at the Entrepreneurship School of Beauce, numerous conferences, and have taken additional certifications at Facebook, Google, HubSpot, and Info Presse. I want to pursue meaningful work in industries that gather people and create a sense of belonging: here's my "why"! I'm particularly interested in marketing, operations, and customer experience.
