About Alexis Chacon

Passionate and dedicated Master of Science graduate from McMaster University, where I honed and refined a variety of wet lab skills and techniques, and expanded my scientific knowledge in pre-clinical and clinical research in immunology, infectious diseases and vaccines. I am driven by my passion for scientific communication, medical writing and health education and I enjoy presenting my knowledge and research in an engaging and creative manner, for which I have gained awards and recognition for. I currently work as a Medical Communications Manager at Bridge Medical Communications, where I use my strategic and creative mindset to work on various projects, communicate with clients and HCPs, and collaborate within multidisciplinary teams. I am a pro-active learner, self-dependent, organized, detail oriented and I enjoy challenging myself to think critically, problem solve and push boundaries in science discovery.
