About Alfred Dicto

My decade of experience developing and managing development programs, especially for children and youth in the Philippines and Asian countries, gives me a deeper understanding of effective and innovative approaches that deliver meaningful results for young people and the communities we work with. My exposure to multiple disciplines, cultures, and communities equipped me with the right knowledge, skills, and attitude to thrive in the fast-changing work environment and to work effectively with teams to deliver impactful social innovations and co-created community solutions. My lifelong advocacy has always been - To help build a better world with and through the youth, one community at a time. For me, a better world is one where all children and youth have equal opportunities to realize their full potential. I am a local of Iloilo City, Philippines, and I pride myself as a citizen of the world. I envisioned a future where every person could confidently say- I belong, I am valued, I am making a difference. More importantly, I am a proud mama's boy who loves reading, cooking and chasing sunsets.
