About Alise Sheehan

Alise Sheehan has a passion for coaching and bringing creativity to leadership, team building and collaboration. From managing sales teams to starting her own design and manufacturing business, she seeks out the joys, challenge and breakthrough results that happen when creating with others. Alise has a degree in Organizational Behavior from The University Of San Francisco and Studied Organizational Development and International Business at Pepperdine University. She is a Certified Kolbe Practitioner, IFS Informed Coach, DISC Assessment Provider and Mindfulness Coach. Alise is a Creativity Coach and Artist and attended The Academy of Art In San Francisco. She has managed teams in the Technology, Publishing and Design Industries and consulted with several Fortune 500 companies. Also an accomplished product designer, Alise started and grew a successful business and went on to license her designs to a major manufacturer. As a Manager and Coach trained with an ICF approved provider, Alise is in process of completing her PCC and is currently doing coaching with Engaged Leadership and 11-11 Partners. Alise has deep experience in business with a focus on bringing creativity, emotional intelligence and empathy. Her focus on communication and expanding the field for everyone to show up with authenticity, brings lasting shifts in performance and job satisfaction.
