About Alisha Blades

I hold a degree in Chemistry and am currently completing a postgraduate degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences. Throughout my academic and professional journey, I’ve gained hands-on experience in developing research methodologies, performing general wet lab techniques, and operating analytical instruments such as NMR, IR, GC-MS, UV-Vis, and DART-MS for product characterization. At Almac Pharma Services, I worked as a Quality Control Analyst, conducting analytical testing of pharmaceutical products in a GMP-regulated environment and maintaining ALCOA+-compliant data records. Currently, I am working in English education through the JET Program in Japan, where I’ve further developed my communication skills and deepened my understanding of Japanese culture and working environments. I am now seeking to return to the scientific field and contribute my technical and cross-cultural skills to an innovative company that aims to improve global health outcomes.
