As an Assistant Manager at Hugo Boss, I lead and motivate a team of sales associates to deliver excellent customer service and achieve sales targets. I have a postgraduate degree in marketing research and analytics from Centennial College, and another postgraduate degree in human resources management from Humber College. I also have a bachelor's degree in business administration and management from Institute of Management, Nirma University. With over 4 years of work experience in the fashion industry, I have developed strong skills in inside sales management, communication, and interpersonal skills. I have also worked as a Supervisor at Michael Kors, where I lead and coached my team on a daily basis as well as assisted customers with styling advice and curated outfits for different occasions. I am passionate about creating a positive and inclusive work environment, where diversity, belonging, and innovation are valued and celebrated. I am always eager to learn new skills and trends, and to contribute to the growth and success of Hugo Boss
