Background
About Alison Benney
I specialise in supporting SME's with HR; the idea being that retaining me is like having your own "head office" HR contact who knows you and your business and can therefore provide a very personalised service. I'm on the end of the 'phone for all those "oh blimey!" moments when clients need some immediate advice; keep up to date with changes in employment law so that clients can reply on me to let them know what they have to change/do; assist in disciplinary/grievance; write contracts, policies and handbooks; TUPE; redundancy; reorganisation; contract changes; maternity/paternity; sickness absence; provide training for line managers and help develop HR strategies as well as undertaking HR projects.Specialties: Discipline, grievance, contracts, handbooks, policies, employment law, recruitment, training
