About Alison Cameron

I'm a global leadership and transformation educator and guide, having worked in leadership and transformation for the last 20+ years. Over this time, I've worked with leaders in business, politics, and environmental and social reform. I've led multi-million dollar programs and consulted for global technology, finance, and energy businesses. My research in transformation and culture evolution led me to co-found a global leading-edge cultural transformation company, serving as Director for over 7 years. In 2022, I left to create space for new ventures. I have a knack for inspiring teams to work together for a common purpose. I'm passionate about outcomes - taking uncommon paths to unleash effectiveness. Clients find it hard to describe why my work is so effective, often citing the energy and inspiration unleashed through my work with them. It has created new and innovative products and services and created positive energy for ongoing evolution. While working with leaders and executive teams, I continue to mentor a select group of transformational leaders in ageless wisdom practices passed on to me.
