Alison is Director of Inclusive Development at University of Lincoln leading on the development innovative resources for systemic change and leadership in Inclusion, Equality and Diversity across sectors. She is EMCC Global Head of Research Development building research and practice partnerships to strengthen the evidence based coaching mentoring and supervision globally.
