About Alison Pitt

I work at the intersection of data, platforms, and people, helping organizations turn analytics from a reporting function into a driver of business impact. In my current role at JLL, I lead across analytics, data platform initiatives, and governance, shaping how data is ingested, structured, and used across global account teams. My work spans data pipeline scoping, BI strategy, and stakeholder enablement, ensuring that the right data is not only available, but trusted and actionable.I’ve built my career as a translator between technical and business teams. Whether aligning data engineering with reporting needs, guiding stakeholders toward better analytical practices, or driving adoption through data fluency initiatives, I focus on making complex systems usable and impactful.Previously, I led analytics delivery for client accounts, driving measurable business outcomes through data visualization and insight generation. My work has contributed to significant operational improvements and cost savings, and I’ve been recognized with JLL’s Values in Excellence Award for leadership and impact. With a background spanning engineering, SaaS, and analytics, I bring a systems-thinking approach to problem solving: connecting strategy, execution, and user adoption.Outside of my core role, I lead a Tableau User Group and actively contribute to the data community, with a focus on helping others build both technical skills and analytical thinking.
