Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) professional with 10 years progressive experience in the global development space. Natural problem-solver; facilitator of creativity and change. Though a majority of my experience is in quantitative methods (impact evaluation, population-based surveys & clinical trials), I’m an advocate for mixed-methods approaches; I enjoy bringing together teams with diverse skillsets to create work products that are engaging, accessible, and useful to the target audience. Outside of my experience leading and managing large-scale quantitative work, I have led qualitative stakeholder analyses; co-facilitated USAID performance management plan (PMP) design; developed adaptive management plans; conducted collaboration, learning and adapting (CLA) assessments; and have served in a variety of project office focused roles including Acting Deputy Chief of Party (DCOP) and Technical Focal Point. My primary client experience is with USAID and MCC. Proficient in Stata, SurveyCTO, ODK, Excel (advanced user including VBA), CSPro, and Dedoose. With an MPH, the sectors that excite me most are nutrition; agriculture; and maternal, newborn and child health (MNCH).
