Enthusiastic marketing professional with 10 years’ experience and a demonstrated history of working within the FMCG industry. Holding a B Comm Honours degree in Marketing through the university of Johannesburg with previous experience in Brand Management, Trade Marketing and FMCG Data Analysis. My area of focus encompasses cross-functional project management, marketing strategy development and launching leading innovations across a variety of markets across South Africa. My passion lies in developing strategies and supporting trade initiatives with the aim of delivering a healthy P&L for the business. • NOTABLE ACHIEVEMENTS • Winning the National Brands Performance award in 2015 – This award is given out once a year to 1 individual for outstanding performance. I was given this award as I pioneered a Tea Segmentation drive which led to improved shelf navigation and shoppability for Total Tea Portfolio within all Checkers Stores. Promoted twice in 4 years during my time at National Brands. During my time at MARS, I lead the pricing strategy for total ROSSA (Rest of Southern Africa). Managed the Launch (from idea generation to implementation) of a completely new Brand Hug in a Mug with a range of 5 flavours. The brand gained 23% market share in under 2 years.
