About Alli Clements

If you catch me on my ideal day, I'm ideating, creating and designing, teaching, vision-casting, developing and organizing systems, telling cheesy jokes and eating Tex-Mex.I enjoy participating in all of the above because I believe they help me humanize challenging situations for others, leaving people better than I found them. Every day, people encounter intimidating or complex learning environments. For students I work with at school, this looks like college-level testing. They want to know why and how they're taking tests to prepare them for life after high school. For teachers I work with at school, this looks like a detailed arrangement of accountability measures that they're a part of but not necessarily clearly informed about. In churches I've served with, this looks like connecting the dots between the messaging of what's being heard on Sunday and the everyday life experiences of Monday-Saturday. In each space, I aim to empathize with people's experiences in order to make learning accessible and digestible, allowing them to take the best next steps toward growth!
