About Allison Mehra

My career path has provided a unique blend of experience in educational administration, teaching, and retail leadership.Currently, I work in educational administration where I coordinate "behind the scenes" work, and ensure that programs and classes continue to run successfully and smoothly in my department. I’ve also spent 8 years in the classroom, which has taught me time management, critical thinking, and how to engage with a wide variety of individuals including students and parents. I have been able to incorporate my love of travel and culture into both jobs, which gave me opportunities to plan and lead student trips to places like Belize, Chile and Europe. My retail experience sharpened my skills in customer service, operations, and team leadership—strengths that taught me how to manage people, create efficient systems, and deliver results in fast-paced environments.Across these roles, I’ve built a reputation for being adaptable, collaborative, and dependable. I place high value on relationships, integrity, and honesty. Ultimately, I find fulfillment in creating environments where individuals can thrive, and I’m grateful to have done so across a range of professional settings.I’m excited to connect with professionals who share my passion for education, leadership, missions, and social justice —and to explore opportunities where I can contribute my skills to make a meaningful impact.
