About Allison Ware

My career experience in the professional skin care industry is within the sales, education, training and development arena. As a training specialist, I have provided executive leadership and training in a variety of roles within many of Australias Premier Businesses. I have exceptionally well-developed communication and interpersonal skill. My goal has been to deliver excellent service and to provide an exceptional experience in every step of a student or customer's expectation. I believe I am highly organised, detail orientated and a motivated team leader. With an ability to multi-task, I have co-ordinated national trade shows, presented on an International platform and provided leadership, training and organisational skills to training and retail teams. I have developed and written curriculum in both the skin care, retail and airline industries as well as contributing content for magazines, websites and beauty therapy text books. As a training, customer service and retail specialist, I have experience with multi retail site stores, extensive sales development and team management. I hold Training and Development qualifications.
