About Alponso Ji

I’m a people-focused professional with a background in customer experience, office management and stakeholder support. I’ve worked across hospitality, aviation and tech, creating spaces where people feel supported and things run smoothly. At Zendesk, I manage daily office operations in Melbourne. I coordinate vendors, supplies and budgets to ensure timely service and identify cost-saving opportunities. I oversee access and security systems, handle sensitive information with care and respond quickly to internal requests. I also support in-office events and work closely with leadership to improve employee experience. I’m trained as a First Aid Officer and Floor Warden, and I’m often the first point of contact when issues arise or improvements are needed. I also help maintain accuracy across procurement, task tracking and internal systems. I’m currently studying a Certificate IV in Cyber Security, developing skills in risk management, threat detection and incident response. I’m especially interested in the link between physical and digital security and how systems, processes and people work together to reduce risk. I thrive in roles where I can take ownership, solve problems and support others to do their best work. I’m open to opportunities in tech, cybersecurity or customer-facing roles. Let’s connect
