About Aly Pain

For decades I was run by critical and shaming self talk, negative patterns and toxic behaviour stemming from dysfunctional family relationships. I continued to create more painful experiences - attempted suicide, eating disorders, a shattered marriage, and didn't know how to stop. I thought trying harder and going faster would help, yet I felt worse. Thankfully, I'm tenacious and knew there was more to me and my life than my thoughts or my past dictated. I dedicated two decades of my life to personal growth and seeking freedom through healing, learning to love myself and taking ownership of creating my experiences. As a certified Life Coach and Relationship Systems expert, I have spent the last 14 years helping top entrepreneurs, CEOs, and executives remove from toxicity from their corporate culture. Once those negatives patterns were gone, the road was clear for us to create a kick-ass corporate culture capable of achieving amazing results. Guess what? No matter the client, no matter the “issue”, no matter the size of the business, the state of the industry, the qualifications of the executive team, it always came back to relationships. They needed to understand how to manage human dynamics to get the results they wanted. The same is true for families. My passion and the foundation of my career is working with parents and families to help them create a positive relationship culture. I believe empowering families to have healthy, sustainable relationships is the key to having emotionally mature people help to make our world a better place. When we heal, we are whole.
