As a Project Coordinator at Russell Reynolds, a global executive search and leadership advisory firm, I apply my project management and stakeholder coordination skills to support clients across public, private, and nonprofit sectors. I manage complex projects, communicate effectively with internal and external partners, and deliver high-quality results. I am also a macro social work practitioner with a BA in Social Work and Gerontology. I have over four years of experience in state and federal government, where I worked as an outreach director at the Wisconsin State Legislature and a legislative intern at the United States Senate. I am passionate about advancing social justice and improving the lives of vulnerable and marginalized populations. I have also volunteered at various organizations, including a palliative and hospice care facility. I believe that social work, government, and executive recruiting can all be powerful tools for creating positive change in the world.
