About Aman Modi

I am Aman Rajeshkumar Modi, a computer science honors student at the University of Texas at Austin. I have always been a people person. I can sympathize and relate with the common, everyday problems everyone faces and aspire towards solving them. Wary of the endless possibilities available at our fingertips, I believe technology can be essential in transforming many's day-to-day lives. To take a small strive towards this ambition, I have been keen on exploring many computer science fields thus far through various means: object-oriented programming, UI/UX development, data analysis, artificial intelligence, systems programming, and human-robot interaction. 🤔 While a computer science enthusiast, I don't want to paint myself as someone who stares at a computer screen all day. Being an active learner, I seek knowledge in anything that interests me: politics, environment, economics, sports, music, or general knowledge. Collecting all sorts of information aids me in achieving my goal, as I'll be further aware of the problems plaguing our society and various solutions to fix them. Indeed, I plan to pursue courses in management as entrepreneurship will arm me with the skills needed to run an organization that can create large-scale global impact. I am currently seeking a Software Developer internship position that will act as a stepping stone to my dream. As an intern, I can play a small role in using technology to impact our community through my prior computer science experiences.
