Background

About Aman S.

I am a graduate student in Cybersecurity at Stevens Institute of Technology, with experience in cloud security, risk management, and security automation. My work focuses on securing cloud infrastructure, detecting cyber threats, and automating security workflows. As a Cybersecurity Engineer Intern at LearnQoch, I worked on threat analysis, incident response, and cloud security, assisting the SOC team with Splunk-based monitoring and implementing secure coding practices in DevSecOps. I also enhanced AWS security by optimizing IAM policies, security assessments, and automated logging. Previously, as a Cybersecurity Consultant at Larsen & Toubro Infotech, I spearheaded vulnerability management, compliance enforcement, and process automation. I led the mitigation of Apache Log4j vulnerabilities, implemented Nessus-based security scanning, and optimized secure financial transactions through WTX map development. At Stevens, my coursework and projects emphasize cloud security, cryptography, enterprise security architecture, and AI-driven threat detection. Currently, I am researching API security in OpenStack environments, focusing on honeypot-based threat classification. I am always open to discussions on cybersecurity innovations, research collaborations, and industry opportunities. Feel free to connect!
