About Amanda Buschi

I believe that individual and cultural understanding empower organizations and their leaders to be successful. There are riches to be had when we understand our own perspective, and endeavor to understand the perspective of others. Organizations that support development of this awareness realize greater success through innovation, creativity, and retention of key talent. Organizational culture should be nurtured. It is up to leadership to assure that what is valued and important is clear, and to encourage each employee to contribute in his/her/their fashion to assure the health and well-being of that culture. My current role as Senior Vice President, Talent Management at Partners International affords me the opportunity to work with individuals and organizations to help them achieve that success. The Art of Alignment serves as Partners’ organizing principle, recognizing that across all industries an employee’s high potential and impact on a company can only be realized when they are aligned with the business strategically, culturally and functionally. Approaching clients with a systemic lens leads to rewarding conversations around how best to support individuals, with a direct connection as to how that in turn supports the organization. Travelling the world and working in 40+ countries has allowed me to glean leadership perspectives from a wide range of cultures. My own leadership roles in the US and Europe continue to inform my current work. My goal with individuals is to help leaders deepen their self-awareness so they can best embody the values they cherish, and understand how their leadership approach impacts others. My goal with organizations is to help them determine how best to promote the most effective support for their leaders, and how to manifest an open, inviting and supportive culture.
