There are moments and events where we get thrown off course, where we fall foul to self-sabotage, critical thoughts, overwhelm, anxiety or confusion. This space can leave us frustrated and unsure of how to recover our full vitality and purpose. I coach people to see, own and grow their awareness and relationship to the healthy power that lies within each one of us versus unhealthy control, resistance and avoidance. I help coachees to re-discover inspiration and motivation for what they love, give them the tools and practices to navigate and transform complexity as well as honour and integrate new ways of being their truest self so that they create the results, relationships and bodies of work they feel proud of and aligned to. I'm a certified life coach (CPCC, PCC), RTT™ Hypnotherapist, trained Sound Therapist and Enneagram practitioner. I coach from a holistic standpoint blending evidence based tools, techniques and embodied practices. ‘ve experienced time as a corporate leader, travelled, lived & worked in other countries, overcome burnout, disease and grief and that’s all just to say that I champion and support my clients as fiercely as I do my own existence. My life's work is to engage minds, unlock hearts, unleash imagination & awaken giants within us all.
