About Emily Buchanan

I am a fully qualified health and nutrition coach (NHWC) trained in ACT(Acceptance and Commitment Therapy). I help clients to develop sustainable well-being and resilience to support them through stressful and complex times. My mission is to foster the kind of holistic well-being that will allow my clients to thrive through change and uncertainty, and feel empowered to find their own unique way to shape a more connected and healthy future for themselves and others. I am also the Programmes Director and lead designer/facilitator of the Climate Change Coaching Mastery programme at Climate Change Coaches, a B-corporation that is harnessing the power of coaching to support organisations and communities to take action on climate. I was heavily involved in the editing of Climate Change Coaching: the power of connection to create climate action, the first book to bring together climate change and professional coaching. I believe that in such an interconnected world, our well-being cannot be separated from the health of the planet. This drives my passion for food and our food system —as a vital tool for well-being, for bringing people together, and for restoring balance with the planet and its resources.
