BUSINESS I GOVERNANCE I HUMAN RESOURCES With over 12 years’ experience in Human Resources I have a range of experience ranging from general HR, recruitment, workplace rehabilitation, workplace relations and more recently, over the last 8 years, in Management. Further, I have a variety of experience ranging from company secretary and managing corporation’s governance alongside the board and executive team; and operational management, WHS management, and a broad range of project management. This experience has been across a broad range of sectors including private and public sectors, incorporated associations, government, land councils, not for profits, aboriginal corporations; and a range of industries including recruitment and employment services, welfare programs, education, cultural heritage, youth engagement, sports and events, mechanical services, civil and construction industries, the arts, retail and natural resource management. I am passionate about people and the workplace, and avid about best practice. I enjoy working with business’s in a range of capacity including from assisting the board of directors and corporate team to develop their broader strategy, to assisting the operations team in implementing the strategy and achieving goals.
