A natural relationship builder and self-motivator, I started in sales out in the field making cold calls and knocking on doors in the staffing industry. Simply put, I know how to build something from the ground up. I quickly gained a reputation for exceeding high company expectations and outperforming sales numbers before becoming the Director of Sales at Staffline. I then transitioned to Director of Staffing Solutions at Versant, leading the team in new business development, retention, and operations. I eventually achieved top sales performer in her region as the Director of Business Development at Express Employment Professionals before joining Skillway. With the love of helping others grow and achieve their own success, I bring both a winning sales strategy and operations perspective to my coaching clients. A numbers-driven problem solver, I have a knack for reverse engineering sales numbers into attainable goals so her clients can easily reach their quotas and go above and beyond employer expectations. Detail-oriented, organized, and methodical, I believe living with daily intentionality is key to growing into a top sales performer. More about Me: I have a Bachelor’s in Business Management and Human Resources from the University of Mississippi. A huge sports fan, I cheers on my beloved Ole Miss and the Dallas Cowboys. I live in my hometown of Hernando, MS (just south of Memphis, TN) with her husband, Lanier, and their young son, Baylor. Fun Fact: I love traveling anywhere (but especially internationally) to explore new places and experience new cultures. When not working or traveling, I enjoy beating my husband at golf!
